The ITG 500 inspection system detects, classifies, documents and records optical defects in materials and tissues with the aid of LED lighting.
The inspection system is suitable for opaque films with incident illumination and for transparent films with dark field illumination.
The flaws are automatically classified in error classes such as specks / gels, burns, fisheye, impurities, wrinkles, holes or flies. The images of these faults are stored for further evaluation. The ITG 500 has additional digital inputs that allow external signals to be sent to the system (eg Stop, encoder,). Additionally digital outputs can are available (for example, an alarm lamp when a certain number of errors per m² has been exceeded, etc.) | ||||||||||||||||
