The ITG 600 rewinder inspection system detects, classifies and records optical faults in the production of transparent and opaque foils.
The ITG 600 rewinder is fitted with a potential free alarm output to stop the machine.
The flaws are automatically classified in error classes such as specks / gels, burns, fisheye,
impurities, wrinkles, holes or flies. This allows a subsequent analysis of failure modes, error data,
error characteristics and the roll protocols using RAM_PAT.
In a defect report (MAP), the defects are displayed graphically or symbolically. The report contains the roll number, the amount of faults, (also per m²). The flaws are sorted by size class / type and the location of the error is displayed in the machine direction and transverse to the direction). The ITG 600 includes a recipe management. Any number of inspection recipes can be created. Operation data can be automatically uploaded to the inspection system.
